We are currently looking to hire a customer service superstar for our Garden City office. This is an entry level position with great opportunities for growth. No insurance experience needed but highly encouraged.

Primary Responsibilities

• Address inbound and outbound inquiries for potential customers and existing customers.
• Identify and overcome customer concerns.
• Conduct introductory calls to new customers.
• Conduct follow up calls to existing customers to check on services.
• Take payments from walk in customers and customers that call in.
• Provide support for 2 agents.
• Completes other duties as assigned.

Must be bilingual Spanish/English.

This is a full-time position. You must be bilingual Spanish/English.
Pay: $17-$19/hour DOE
